Position : Executive Assistant

Role Purpose:
Responsible for providing a range of administrative support and coordination activities between the Executive Director Hotel Division, the Hotel Division team and the wider organization
Key Accountabilities:
- Serves as the primary point of initial contact on any matter directed to the Executive Director Hotel Division ; independently researches and prioritizes incoming issues and determines appropriate course of action, referral, and/or response.
- Oversees and coordinates the day-to-day activities of office administration, including management and training, scheduling, and prioritizing work assignments
- Ensures that there is a continuity of administrative support to the Executive Director Hotel Division’s, direct reports and manages their leave ensuring adequate coverage at all times
- Manages special arrangements and programs of the Executive Director Hotel Division, Control and some of which may have NEOM-wide impact
- Oversee the planning and coordination of key special events for the Executive Director Hotel Division
- Coordinate and schedule with other executive assistants’ important arrangements/committees i.e. Steering committees, Audit committee, and/or similar
- Support ad-hoc activities and initiatives recommended by the Executive Director Hotel Division and ensure proper execution
- Arrange appropriate modes of travel, such as flights, taxis and rental cars for Hitel Division team members, consultants and visitors including the arrangement of appropriate visitor passes.
- The coordination of travel related to special events, meetings, exhibitions, trade shows, familiarization tours etc
Key Skills:
- 5 – 7 years of relevant experience in office management in a similar role with a real estate, construction, sovereign wealth fund, or investments company
- Analytical skills
- Organizational skills to manage records and data, and meet deadlines
- Advanced computer skills and /or EPM skills
- Knowledge of regulatory & compliance (Preferred in KSA)
- Previous experience with SAP is a plus
- Communication skills
- Capable of handling very confidential information
Qualifications:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration or other related field
