The Quality System Auditors will be responsible for conducting audits and assessments of quality systems to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies. The successful candidates will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and extensive experience in conducting quality audits.
Responsibilities
- Conduct audits and assessments of quality systems to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies
- Develop and implement audit plans, procedures, and checklists
- Evaluate policies, procedures, and practices to ensure effectiveness and adherence to quality standards
- Identify areas of non-compliance and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to management
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of quality systems
- Stay updated with changes in quality standards and regulations relevant to the industry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements
- Train and educate staff on quality system requirements and best practices
Requirements
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in conducting quality audits and assessments
- Experience in auditing quality management systems and knowledge of industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to identify areas of non-compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field
- Professional certifications in quality auditing (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor)
Preferred:
- Experience working in the manufacturing or engineering industry
- Knowledge of other quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
