Procurement Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review approved (PR) Purchase requisition.
  • Issue and communicate RFQ to supplier
  • Analyse quotation, negotiate PO terms & conditions.
  • Issue (PO) Purchase order and distribute to supplier.
  • Following up with supplier for delivery & Payment.
  • Any other related activity needed for business
  • Ensuring compliance with company policy & procedure.
  • Negation with Vendor If require for some cases such as reduce Price / Improve Lead Time.
  • Final reviewing Quote Summary before Present to Procurement Manager to be Evaluation & Making Decision.
  • Process Purchase Orders to the Vendor & Must receive acknowledge of receive order from the Vendor.
  • Update Concern Dep. / Request Dep. By Status of the Order by advising the Estimate delivery date.
  • Monitoring the Status of Order until receive Shipping Details from Vendors.
  • Ensure the documentation and implementation of policies, procedures, and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order to achieve operational excellence
  • Monitor daily practices to guarantee compliance with mandatory policies and procedures
  • Ensure the Divisional compliance with the Code of Conduct to ensure operating within the acceptable risk and ethical levels
  • Participate in the identification and recruitment of key talents for their respective Department
  • Manage, guide and assist direct reports to perform their functional operations in accordance with set policies and procedures
  • Set performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate/appraise the team and provide regular feedback on performance
  • Uphold a high-performance working environment and promote the Organization’s Values
  • Follow daily operations relating to the job to ensure work continuity
  • Contribute to preparing timely and accurate reports that concern the line of work to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards
  • Ensure the satisfaction of both internal and external customers by addressing their needs in a courteous and timely manner

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
