Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and refine business strategies and plans in alignment with company goals.

- Lead and manage strategic projects from inception through execution.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze business performance metrics and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with various departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

- 7 years of experience in strategy development, management consulting, or a related role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading strategic projects and initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead cross-functional projects.
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools and software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, business intelligence tools).
