Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct research report on the country, including but not limited to political, economic policies, free trade agreements, and the latest customs policies and logistics industry trends.
2. Design and implement the logistics business model and network, providing solutions for inbound/outbound customs, transportation, warehousing, local distribution, etc.
3. Build and manage local logistics teams, liaising with various stakeholders to establish operation KPIs, tools and policy to meet the requirements of customer orders.
4. Establish a supplier management system and develop local logistics resources, continuously optimizing local logistics service capabilities through KPI assessment and operation management mechanisms.
5. Evaluating budgets and expenditures, developing new strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost, improving the efficiency of value chain operations.

Qualifications:

1. Familiar with local logistics & operation rules, experience in formulating logistics solutions and promoting implementation is preferred.
2. Passionate, proactive, responsible, with a service mindset, committed to improving customer satisfaction.
3. Possess good interpersonal communication skills, able to coordinate whole value chain internally and externally, and complete tasks with a goal-oriented approach.
