Eram Talent is seeking a dedicated and experienced Safety Officer to join our team. As a Safety Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine the root cause and recommend preventive measures
- Provide safety training and education to employees
- Maintain updated records of safety inspections, incidents, and training
- Coordinate with other departments to address safety concerns and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Stay updated with relevant safety regulations and industry best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Safety Officer
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- NEBOSH certification is preferred
