Key Responsibilities:



  • Manages directly partner ecosystem of the company.
  • Leads the vendor search and the evaluation process.
  • Designs, implements, and manages partnership plan.
  • Organizes with vendors workshops & enablement sessions for sales, pre-sales & post-sales teams for all BUs in the organization including vendor events, seminars, conference, and trade shows.
  • Handles joint exercises with vendor channel management on business plans followed by account mapping sessions & building up business pipeline.
  • Communicates sirar by stc views to the vendor, understanding the partner’s interests and the implications of them on the partnership.
  • Leads technology RFI/RFQ/RFP processes of interaction with vendors.
  • Collaborates with the sales account and proposal & bid management teams during these process, sourcing quotes and proposals,
  • Anticipates in solving issues, facilitating conflict resolution, managing escalation, solving business problems, and negotiating with the vendor on ongoing business & partnership agreements.
  • Identifies and manages potential risks posed by the partnership, including developing contingency planning, as well as opportunities for realizing and increasing value.
  • Manages the reseller agreement, including training, account and marketing plan, and ensuring all parties meet their obligations.
  • Upgrades, maintains, and renews partnerships with strategic vendors & lead audits conducted by partners.
  • Monitors on gap analysis report and taking necessary actions with relevant teams in identifying and managing the resources nominations to achieve required certifications.
  • Manages Incentives viz. rebates, MDFs, JMFs & BIFs with vendors/distributors.
  • Establishes performance standards, scorecards and data gathering required to evaluate and manage the performance of the partnership.
  • Conducts ongoing business and performance reviews with the vendor and producing the relevant management reports.
  • Negotiate partner agreements among potential partners & internal stakeholders and execute a wide variety of different partner agreements covering a range of transactions.
  • Design an appropriate operating model that could generate expected value.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.


Professional Certifications Preferred:


  • Certified Commercial Contract Manager (CCCM)
  • Certified Professional Contract Manager (CPCM).
  • CCMA
  • Certificate in Contract negotiations.


Years of Experience:

  • 5-7 years in relevant experience.


Skills:

  • Advanced communication and analytical skills.
  • Advance proficiency in business acumen.
  • Advance proficiency in sirar by stc’s products/services.
  • Intermediate proficiency in cybersecurity industry awareness.
  • Intermediate proficiency in managing relationships.
  • Intermediate proficiency in recognizing vendor’s & partner’s needs.
