Requirements:
- Masters/ Bachelors degree in Human Resource or Diploma / Certification
- Minimum 5+ Years Experience in a HR Lead Role / HR Manager
- Bilingual. Excellent English and Arabic Speaker.
- Effective Communicator
- Ability to Design, control, manage, implement policies and procedures of HR
- Proactive, resourceful, attention to detail and a team player
- Good Interpersonal Skills and professional Aptitude
- Good Knowledge of Preparing HR presentations for Management
