We are seeking a skilled and experienced Health Care Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home nursing or health care practice, combined with effective teaching and mentorship skills. This role involves developing training programs, establishing care standards, and playing a key role in the recruitment and training of caregivers and nannies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training & Instruction:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new caregivers and nannies.
- Utilize instructional techniques that accommodate diverse learning styles and enhance skill acquisition.
- Provide ongoing mentorship and support to trainees, offering constructive feedback and guidance.
- Curriculum Development:
- Design and implement detailed training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations.
- Ensure training content is up-to-date with the latest health care standards and best practices.
- Standard Establishment:
- Create and maintain standards and procedures for caregiving and nanny roles.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as needed.
- Recruitment Support:
- Assist in the interviewing and selection process for potential caregivers and nannies.
- Provide input on candidate suitability based on training observations and assessments.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, evaluations, and trainee progress.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational requirements related to health care training.
- Quality Assurance:
- Pay meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of training and documentation.
- Conduct regular reviews of care practices to ensure adherence to established standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a home nurse or a qualified health care practitioner.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching, training, or mentorship roles within a health care setting.
