Take over a key role as an Operations Manager - KSA to our co-founders, and be a part of this exciting adventure of never-ending growth and success.

In this role, you will work directly with our Co-founders to run operations for one of Justlife’s most promising markets. As the Operations Manager for KSA, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy in the region, working in a cross-functional role that offers exposure to all departments within the company.

What we expect from you:

• Operational Excellence: Take a hands-on approach to driving key operational metrics, including fail rate, appointment fulfillment, and utilization
• Supply and Booking Management: Oversee and optimize the management of supply and bookings to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to the strategic direction of the KSA market, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
• Leadership: Lead and manage team members, providing guidance and support. Direct reporting to Co-founder with dotted line reports to functional leaders
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments including Customer Experience (CX), Business Development (BD), Marketing, and occasionally Product to ensure a cohesive operational strategy
  
  

What we are looking for:

• Tech startup experience, particularly in on-demand services, e-commerce, or mobility sectors
• Industry experience is highly valued, and startup experience is a strong plus
• Familiarity with the KSA market and Arabic language
• Experience in supporting C-level executives or senior management
• Impeccable communication skills to bridge gaps between teams, align efforts and inspire action at all levels
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in operations management
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent at solving complex problems, proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges
• Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders professionally and effectivel
• Humble and hands-on approach to management
• Willingness to take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed
• A high degree of professionalism, reliable with a strong work ethic
• Understanding and appreciation of the startup culture and its unique challenges and opportunities
