For NEOM Friends to become a model that leads volunteer work in the Kingdom.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

Overseeing and manage NEOM Friends 5 Years strategy, ensure its implementation.

Build, implement, and manage NEOM Volunteering policy.

NEOM Friends Strategy Key performance indicators achievement.

Build and manage NEOM Volunteering initiatives and enable volunteerism.

Ensure quality volunteer platform management.

Ensure great management for the volunteering service provider.

Thorough Reporting and announcement of NEOM Friends activities.

Necessary Knowledge And Experience

3-5 years of experience in volunteering, building and managing initiatives and project management

Education And Certification Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in administration, management, human resources, or a related field.
