  • Change management; Ensure all network changes are planned approved, scheduled with prior notice, and conducted as per the change management process after informing the respective stake holders within the Organization
  • Quality Manager will be working 8x5 and Emergency On call for all the deliveries surrounding Quality Scope.
  • Monitor all operations that affect quality and Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analysing quality data
  • Understanding expectations of and needs from service delivery and Developing quality control processes.
  • Develops quality assurance plans by conducting hazard analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures; monitoring inventories
  • Producing statistical reports on quality standards and Reporting to upper management on quality standard issues.
  • Reviews client, customer, Internal feedback and Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that Offered Services of Contractor meet required quality prior to delivery.
  • Analyse and Maintain Quality Assurance Records, Quality Control Reports and thereby identify opportunities to Enhance Efficiency


Requirements:

  • Bachelors in engineering
  • 10+ Years Lead Experience
  • Enterprise Architecture
  • Service Management Exposure
  • ITSM Expert / ISO 20000 Certified
  • ITIL V3 Expert
  • Incident / Change Management
  • Problem / Capacity Management
  • Release & Config Management
  • Availability Management
  • IT Service Continuity Management
  • Develop all Core Process for network department
