As a Website Coordinator at Future Beacon, you will have the chance to do all kinds of work, ranging from website management and connecting with clients, to conducting parts of our sales process and learning about the pharmaceuticals and machinery industry.
You
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a similar degree;
- Have 0-2 years of experience in the field and are eager to learn more about our work and our customers;
- Editing our website and managing our social media to generate more inquiries from prospective and current customers;
- Fluent in Arabic and English;
- Can think outside of the box and be independent of your manager with an ability to work under pressure;
Do
- Managing our WordPress website through implementing design changes, updating the presented data, and connecting with prospective customers;
- Generate sales quotations and order confirmations, reply to and send emails to customers if necessary;
- Continuously learning about our products and services in a dynamic environment and being able to pitch them effortlessly;
- Suggesting new ideas to broaden our markets and attract new customers.

- 0-3 months: The first 3 months of your contract are considered a trial period, however, we do not want you to work without a reward. Therefore, you get a salary of 300 JOD per month (net) from the get-go!
- 3 months-1 year: If your performance meets our standards, we will offer you a contract that can be renewed yearly. In the first year, the salary remains the same, but the yearly contract includes added benefits such as social security, health insurance, and travel allowance (both inside and outside of Jordan).
- 1 year onwards: Given that you continue to perform at the highest standard, your contract renewal may include the introduction of a percentage-based bonus. Based on the sales that you assist in making, you will receive a commission. Please note that Future Beacon works based on commission, therefore, your focus should be less on your base salary and more on the commission that you can receive from assisting in making said sales. Additionally, all employees receive a yearly 10-15% increase in salary based on performance.
For vacations, Future Beacon follows the laws that are set by the Jordanian Ministry of Labor, meaning that you are granted a total of 14 vacation days per year for employees who worked for less than 5 years at Future Beacon, and 21 days for those who have worked for 5 or more consecutive years with us.
