Job Purpose:
Oversee the management and execution of aircraft maintenance from pre-input to post-check completion. Ensure compliance with CARC, EASA, and FAA regulations, and verify aircraft safety and airworthiness. Drive a safety-first culture and efficient maintenance processes.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Promote and uphold safety standards and a safety culture; ensure compliance with CARC, EASA, and FAA regulations.
- Manage and supervise project staff, ensuring they have the required skills and certifications. Conduct regular toolbox talks and manage manpower allocation.
- Ensure high-quality service and timely delivery of airworthy aircraft, exceeding customer expectations.
- Engage in pre-input planning, oversee material and tool availability, and support a planning-led environment.
- Ensure accurate documentation and certification of maintenance tasks, and manage work packs in accordance with Part 145 regulations.
- Identify and resolve resource issues, enhance process efficiency, and participate in quality improvement activities.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering or a related field.
- Holding valid B1 or B2 license with at least two Aircraft type ratings.
- Accredited certificates or courses in PMP, safety& quality, aircraft maintenance, six sigma, FTS and CDCCL Level 2, 5S is a plus.
- Pass the Quality Competency Assessment program.
- Having 10–13 years of MRO and aviation experience.
- Comprehension and adequate knowledge of Airworthiness Regulations, EASA part 145.
- RCA knowledge.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedule to include day and night shifts.
- Ability to write concise and precise technical reports.
- Experience of delivering results through cross-functional working.
- ERP system Knowledge.
- Proficiency in MS Office and very good command in English language.
