1) More than 7 years of experience in Oil Refining and Petrochemical Plants possibly combined with EPC contractor experience. 2) Combined experience with design, material selection, analysis/calculation, field construction, troubleshooting in Civil / Structural. 3) Competencies/Skills ( Six key competencies from PRC behavioural and leadership competencies) 1) Good knowledge of Civil engineering practices, design details and calculation methods. 2) Good knowledge of Structural engineering practices, design details and calculation methods. 3) Good understanding of industrial standards, international code requirement and Company work procedures. 4) Accepatble Knowledge in facility maintenace work for civil and struction of plants' facilities
