Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at JODAYN | جودين in Riyadh. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling phone communications, maintaining communication within the team, and executing executive administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Procurement Management or any related majores
- Strong communication skills
- Clerical Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
