Position Title: Call Center Representative
Job Summary:
As a Call Center Representative at Al-Arabia Cooperative Insurance Company, you will be the frontline of our customer service, playing a vital role in maintaining one of the key functions within the company. This role is crucial in shaping the initial impression of the company through direct interaction with clients, enhancing the company's reputation for providing high-quality insurance services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:
- Handle incoming customer calls with professionalism, providing prompt and efficient service.
- Serve as a backup to the branch’s customer service team when needed.
- Customer Relations:
- Regularly follow up on clients’ inquiries and requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses to maintain service excellence.
- Provide accurate and updated data for reporting purposes, supporting informed decision-making processes.
- Strictly adhere to Al-Arabia Cooperative Insurance Company's policies and procedures to ensure risk-free operations and error-free outcomes.
Role Qualifications:
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- IFCE Certification.
- Advanced courses and certifications in Insurance.
- Strong ability to manage customer conversations effectively.
- Experience:
- If holding a Technical Degree, a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role is required.
- Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Extensive knowledge of insurance industry concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Strong decision-making skills, particularly in problem identification and selecting alternative solutions.
- Clear communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
