Job Purpose:
Responsible for coordination, monitoring, and inspection of electrical/ Mechanical (PM, PLC, SCADA, Troubleshooting) Activities to ensure that the quality of works is in compliance with the specifications required.
Description:
- Designing and implementing industrial automation systems to Improve efficiency and productivity.
- Programming and configuring PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and HMIS (Human Machine Interfaces) for automated processes.
- Conducting regular maintenance and upgrades of automation systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Oversees and lead a team of Maintenance technicians to ensure the safe and efficient. execution of electrical/mechanical projects, installations, and maintenance tasks.
- Performs scheduled maintenance and preventative repairs on all electrical systems, equipment, and machinery
- Fault findings in electrical, PLC, SCAOA and Profibus control systems.
- Undertake electrical and mechanical PPM, inspection testing, commissioning and basic repairs to plant and equipment.
- Minimizing the downtime and achieve the NET efficiency target.
- Manage the indirect material and services procurement process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
Experience:
7+ Years in Experience in: Medium and Low Voltage electrical systems, building electrical power distribution systems and equipment, cabling, lighting systems, low current (is must).
