Manage and organize the daily operations of the office and staff, including scheduling, meetings, filing, printing, copying, and supply procurement.
Coordinate all administrative and logistics activities to ensure smooth office operations.
Supervise, train, evaluate, and manage the performance of administrative support staff.
Oversee office procurement, budgets, recordkeeping, and accounting systems.
Communicate effectively with company management, vendors, and employees to ensure all requirements are met.
Assist in planning and organizing events, conferences, and meetings.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information and documents.
Provide research and data analysis support as needed.
Perform any other administrative tasks as required.
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of prior experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role.
Strong knowledge of administrative operations, accounting systems, and office organization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in information technology and office applications.
Ability to work within a team and under pressure.
