Required to join a Facilities Management service provider in Riyadh. Working on large scale prestigious projects the successful candidate will oversee the implementation of asset maintenance strategies, asset gathering, producing FMR’s, whilst also playing a key role in reviewing handover documentation for newly constructed buildings.
A degree or diploma in Engineering
10 + years experience
A proven track record of working in asset management
Experience in the Facilities Management and Construction industries
Experience of working in the MIddle East an advantage
Fluent in English
