Head Chef – (Remote, Dammam, KSA)
Our client is a market leader in delivering first class Catering Services across multiple industries. They are currently seeking a Head Chef to join their team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
Department – Production
Location: Dammam, KSA (remote)
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Requisition / Delivery check-up daily.
• Leadership, training gives to your Junior Sous Chef and senior supervisory level staff.
• Weekly staff Hygiene Training briefs.
• Supervise and participate in daily production
• Daily production planning
• Daily requisitioning from Stores, Pre-preparation, Hot & Cold experience with pastry knowledge
• Quality check-ups.
• Develop and implement recipes.
• Participate in raw material evaluations.
• Supervise and participate in preparation for food presentations.
• Scheduling and vacation plan.
• Communicate and hold regular meetings with Sous Chefs and supervisors.
• Authorize overtime controlling.
Ideal candidate must have:
- Head chef with 10 years’ experience in Industrial or Hotel Catering
- Experience in hot and cold kitchens, food wastage control, and food costs.
- must have HACCP course level 3
- institution or diploma in Hotel catering or hospitality
