Field Specialist - Artificial Lift

As Field Specialist III, you will be executing the operations of ESP equipment and surface equipment in the field, complying with all the integrity/quality and safety standards, as well as compliance with the regulations of the different clients in all fields.

As a Field Service, you'll participate in all technical events, including supporting the BH contract engineering team, collaborating with information regarding the services provided.
As a Field Specialist, you will be responsible for:<br/><br/>Acting as onsite Centerlift representative for communication with customers and account managers.
Installation and pullout ESP with Y Tool.
Conducting all business activities following Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements, and Baker Hughes Core Values.
Completing all job documentation and conducting a worksite review and debrief with the internal team.
Monitoring, troubleshooting, and testing downhole ESP equipment, including Downhole Monitoring Tools.
Setting up and starting Centrilift Motor Controllers and VSD’s.
Providing on-the-job training to team members.<br/><br/>Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role, you will:<br/><br/>Have a Minimum of Diploma or equivalent.
Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical submersible pumps (ESP).
Have the ability to alternate methods of completing tasks if the set method is not viable.
Communicate with various clients and must have good customer service skills.<br/><br/>Working with us
