As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Sales Business Manager to join our team and drive our sales strategies forward. Key Responsibilities:1. Close coordination with main management:<br/><br/>- Work with the Product Development Department to determine the most appropriate products for the region's market.<br/><br/>- Coordination with the Supply Department to develop demand forecasts and follow up on stock availability in appropriate quantities.<br/><br/>- Cooperating with the exhibitions department to ensure that the company’s identity is applied and the products are displayed uniformly.- Work with the wholesale department to ensure delivery of agreed services with major customers.<br/><br/>- Work with the marketing department to adapt the general marketing plan to suit the needs of the region.2. Managing business operations in the region:<br/><br/>- Close monitoring of the performance of exhibitions and sales in the region.<br/><br/>- Identifying vital locations for opening new showrooms and closing unprofitable showrooms.- Building strong relationships with major customers and distributors in the wholesale department and ensuring that sales and collection goals are achieved.<br/><br/>- Building strong relationships with real estate owners to obtain the best locations for exhibitions.3. Leadership and management:<br/><br/>- Develop operational and strategic plans for the region in line with the company’s objectives.<br/><br/>- Manage and direct the sales, marketing and logistics team in the region.<br/><br/>- Analyzing data and preparing periodic reports to measure performance and identify opportunities and challenges.<br/><br/>- Ensuring the achievement of the region's financial and operational goals.4. Representation and relationships:<br/><br/>- Representing the company in events and meetings with partners, suppliers and government agencies.<br/><br/>- Develop and strengthen relationships with key customers, especially in the areas of wholesale and export, and external agents. Required skills and competencies:- Strong experience in sales and marketing management in the fashion and clothing sector.- Advanced knowledge of commercial and retail operations, including inventory management, distribution and shipping.- Effective leadership and management skills to guide and motivate the team.- Ability to perform financial analysis, budget preparation and strategic planning.- Strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients.- Familiarity with digital technologies and e-commerce in the fashion sector.
