Conducting qualitative risk assessments, root cause analysis and providing corrective actions. Supporting QMS system by creating, editing and reviewing documents to be aligned with Baker Hughes global standards.<br/><br/>As a Quality<br/><br/>Specialist<br/><br/>, you will be responsible for:<br/><br/>Conducting qualitative risk assessments and root cause analysis and corrective actions, aligned to continuous improvement.<br/><br/>Using quality tools to monitor and improve processes, supporting QMS system according to Baker Hughes standards.<br/><br/>Engaging with internal auditing teams and participating in audits<br/><br/>Participating in improvement initiatives<br/><br/>Participating in tender & contract reviews and the development of quality plans to support contracts<br/><br/>Conducting business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Company Core Values.<br/><br/>Fuel your passion<br/><br/>To be successful in this role you will need to:<br/><br/>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering<br/><br/>Minimum 7 years of experience in oil and gas industry with at least 5 years of experience in manufacturing Quality environment<br/><br/>Working experience with API 6A, API Q1, and ISO 9001 standards<br/><br/>Experience in different inspection methods (dimensional, visual, welding, NDE, etc.)<br/><br/>Experience in working directly with customers on investigations, resolutions and review of customer technical requirements.<br/><br/>Experience with root cause analysis tools<br/><br/>Experience with facilitating root cause analysis of detected nonconformities with focus on minimizing variation, adherence to requirements and repeatability collaborating with Manufacturing Engineering.<br/><br/>Experience in driving and executing improvement and accountability towards achieving key quality performance indicators goals and metrics<br/><br/>Experience in driving resolution of quality issues in collaboration with Shop Floor, MEs, Engineering, and Quality<br/><br/>Experience in participating in supply chain readiness to provide input into inspection methods, inspection equipment and inspection frequency<br/><br/>Work in a way that works for you<br/><br/>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
