Overview of the role:
The EComm Manager/ Digital Manager oversees the development and utility of the brands. The holder will be required to conduct research on effective website layouts and features, advise on evidence-based and experimental changes to the platforms, and monitor the effectiveness of strategies by inspecting standardized metrics.
The job holder will be responsible for collaborating with cross functional partners to manage all aspects of the ECommerce business including business planning, content strategy, promotional campaigns, website design, user experience, customer service, web analytics and technologies.

Strategic and Planning
Elaborate the vision at the Division level and set up the yearly strategic plan and the yearly budgets in accordance with the Brand’s vision and mission
Responsible for development of annual online brand P&L budget and commercial / trading plan formula<br/><br/>ti<br/><br/>on and delivery in conjunc<br/><br/>ti<br/><br/>on with regional team(s)
Conduct strategic mee<br/><br/>ti<br/><br/>ngs with suppliers, regional teams…to nego<br/><br/>ti<br/><br/>ate commercial condi<br/><br/>ti<br/><br/>ons (margin, anima<br/><br/>ti<br/><br/>ons, exclusivity…).
Business Development/Rela<br/><br/>ti<br/><br/>onship Management
Lead the implementa<br/><br/>ti<br/><br/>on of new business strategies and new partner rela<br/><br/>ti<br/><br/>onships to increase the reach of the Brand online
Develop new business strategy, tac<br/><br/>ti<br/><br/>cal plans, and detailed business cases for new business development to ra<br/><br/>ti<br/><br/>onalize resource investments.
Responsible for delivering the underlying profitability through developing knowledge of key cost drivers from the P&L.
Web Analy<br/><br/>ti<br/><br/>cs Management
Analyze web metrics and make recommenda<br/><br/>ti<br/><br/>ons to improve website performance including new ways to drive website traffic and revenue opportuni<br/><br/>ti<br/><br/>es.
Compile and analyze search data and metrics to make decisions regarding business strategy.
Perform click through rate, conversion, spend and crea<br/><br/>ti<br/><br/>ve analysis to iden<br/><br/>ti<br/><br/>fy growth/op<br/><br/>ti<br/><br/>miza<br/><br/>ti<br/><br/>on opportuni<br/><br/>ti<br/><br/>es.
Product Management
Execute product strategy based on strategic objectives, customer needs and Brand M&As.
Hear the voice of the customer (and our associates) and represent it while working with various teams to build products that provide an unparalleled shopping experience by pu<br/><br/>tti<br/><br/>ng the customer first through iden<br/><br/>ti<br/><br/>fying their current and future needs, pain points, and dreams.
Communicate product priori<br/><br/>ti<br/><br/>es/direc<br/><br/>ti<br/><br/>on to relevant stakeholders
Manage collabora<br/><br/>ti<br/><br/>on between teams (internal/external), and ensure accountability and ownership throughout the project work.
Design, test and manage customer facing digital products to execute the vision of taking customer interac<br/><br/>ti<br/><br/>on to a new level, across multiple pla<br/><br/>tf<br/><br/>orms
Conduct customer research and determine the user’s story. Dra<br/><br/>ft<br/><br/>and build digital product concepts,
MVPs and staged products independently; conduct A/B tests and deep dives into customer behavior/interac<br/><br/>tio<br/><br/>n (with data) to uncover opportuni<br/><br/>ti<br/><br/>es and drive business success
Iden<br/><br/>ti<br/><br/>fy opportuni<br/><br/>ti<br/><br/>es, goals and determine metrics for analy<br/><br/>ti<br/><br/>cs. Grow digital products + services con<br/><br/>ti<br/><br/>nuously to ensure our ul<br/><br/>mate objec<br/><br/>ti<br/><br/>ve: state of the art experiences.
CX/UX:
Plan and execute large scale CX/UX development/improvement projects in coordination with external service providers
Create suppor<br/><br/>ti<br/><br/>ng project documenta<br/><br/>ti<br/><br/>on and plan work streams; track and review product work/direc<br/><br/>ti<br/><br/>on on a regular basis.
Lead the priori<br/><br/>ti<br/><br/>za<br/><br/>ti<br/><br/>on of product development needs

What equips you for the role:
Bachelor Degree (Masters Preferred)
8-10 years’ experience<br/><br/>in eCommerce, Social media management, SEO, SEM, Web Application etc.
