Job responsibilities & requirements:
1) Experience in sales and distribution within the beauty industry.

2) Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with retailers, salons, and other distribution partners.

3) Proficiency in presenting and promoting beauty products, effectively showcasing their unique features and benefits to potential customers.

4) Conducting Product Training and Ongoing Support for Distribution Partners, Empowering them to Strengthen Sales Proficiency and Expand Knowledge.

5) Diligent monitoring of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and continuous improvement.

6) The desired educational qualification for this position is a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Preference will be given to candidates who hold a Bachelor's degree (BA) or equivalent.

7) A valid driving license and ownership of a car are essential prerequisites for the Field Sales Representative role or we will have to provide him with the respective vehicle.

8) Consistent adherence to a professional appearance is expected from the Field Sales Representative at all times
