A company in Nigeria is seeking for a Project Manager.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Cooperating with the Operation manager, and assisting with anything from project planning, execution, follow-up, material and personnel resources management.
- Nurturing positive working relationships with staff by interacting and cooperating with all members of the organization.
- Follow-up material needed for sites.
- Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and workers.
- Attending site meetings, site quality control, site progress report, site follow-up.
- Preparation of statements of works as per works progress, issuing payment certificates.
- Coordination between the engineering department, site and production to avoid any discrepancy that may affect the company in terms of time and cost.
- Preparing an organized schedule for BP site teams based on priority and the planning of each project.
- Preparing inspection reports and getting the approval and signatures of the consultant/contractor.
- Client full support and site management.
- Project delivery and snags follow-up.
- Coordination with plants for priority in term of production and shipments.
- Coordination with relevant departments for technical/detailed shop-drawings submissions for approval including Consultants and Authorities
