Responsibilities :

1. Direct Sales to a portfolio of Modern Trade customers.
2. Support key accounts in managing their stocks to optimize supply conditions.
3. Build and maintain relationship with managers, directors of key accounts.
4. Supervise and lead of the Modern Trade sales team to meet and exceed goals.
5. Meet all sales quotas and goals.
6. Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
7. Set and on-going adjust working calendar/sales routes for sales team to maximize productivity and service.
8. Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions.
9. Create potential opportunities to increase sales.
10. Take purchase orders, and collecting payments.
11. Set and on-going adjust working calendar/sales routes for sales team to maximize productivity and service.
12. Report directly to the Sales Manager.
13. Undertake any other reasonable task requested by the Management.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in Business management or Technical education is required (TS or LT).
• 5 years of experience in same level of Modern Trade management in FMCG field.
• Knowledge of Markets.
• Negotiation skills.
• Computer skills
