Salon Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Salon Manager to join our team in Hawali, Kuwait. The Salon Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the salon, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in salon management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for the beauty industry.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all aspects of salon operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting
  2. Recruit, train, and supervise salon staff, ensuring they are providing high-quality service to clients
  3. Develop and implement salon policies and procedures to maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new products/services to recommend to clients
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
  6. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  7. Monitor and analyze salon performance metrics and implement strategies to improve profitability
  8. Collaborate with marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns to attract new clients
  9. Stay informed about local competition and provide recommendations to management on pricing and service offerings

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Prior experience as a Salon Manager or in a similar role
  2. Proven track record of successfully managing a salon and meeting financial targets
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Passionate about the beauty industry and staying current with trends
  6. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  7. Detail-oriented and organized
  8. Customer-focused mindset
  9. Proficient in salon software and Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Marketing, Public Relations or a similar field.
