  • Receive incoming shipments of goods from suppliers.
  • Properly store goods in designated areas within the store or warehouse.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock is maintained at optimal levels.
  • Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, and adjustments.
  • Monitor product quality and integrity, reporting any issues to management.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues in other departments, such as sales, purchasing, and logistics.


Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in storekeeping, warehouse management, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and basic computer skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Physical stamina for lifting and moving heavy objects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
