Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Lead specializing in rider equipment to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient record-keeping and the availability of rider equipment to support our inventory operations. What's On Your Plate? Execute monthly, weekly, and daily inventory analyses to identify discrepancies, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions. Develop weekly forecasts to align with distribution requirements and initiate delivery arrangements for goods accordingly. Coordinate with logistics partners to schedule and oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring the timely and efficient movement of goods. Conduct regular inventory counts at the distribution center, coordinating closely during quarterly stock audits to maintain accuracy and compliance. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment. Monitor the inventory management system daily for accuracy and address any discrepancies or issues raised by inventory coordinators promptly. Provide support to the inventory team in various activities, including inventory posting, record keeping, documentation, and projects. Supporting the team with monthly and quarterly tasks such as stock counts, reviewing new arrival shipments physically, and ensuring the accurate physical presence of inventory items. Collaborate with other team members to implement and improve inventory management systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. What Did We Order? Bachelor’s Degree holder, preferably in Supply Chain or Warehouse Management 3-4 years work experience in the warehouse industry, inventory, or Supply Chain Ability to analyze data , create reports , Proficient in Microsoft Excel Experience in multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and hands-on ability to get the job done Ability to work under pressure Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Google Suite tools like GDoc, GSheet, GSlides, GForms, etc. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
