Job Summary: The primary function of a Salesperson is to support Sales Management by maintaining the Sales and Decoration Standards as per the Sales Manual and the Common Sense Guide to Handmade Stores. It is crucial to understand that Sales and Decoration are equally important in promoting Sales growth. So, you need to work together, help one another and play your part in order for us to be One big, happy family. Because, when people are happy in their jobs, they provide a much higher degree of Service to their customers. Happy team members result in happy customers. Happy customers do more business with us and become brand advocates. Therefore, part of your role is to promote and maintain the Brand Image of THE One through Sales, Decoration, Core Values and Local Volunteering Initiatives. Remember, the Better we do, the more Good we can do. This is a win-win strategy.

 RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:

  • Maintain Sales and Decoration Standards according to our Sales Manual and the Common Sense Guide to Handmade Stores.
  • Embrace and promote THE One Core Values in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
  • Stay informed and participate in daily meetings to ensure alignment with team goals and objectives.
  • Utilize the Navision application proficiently for sales transactions and customer orders.
  • Provide personalized and attentive customer service, from completing transactions to booking deliveries.
  • Actively promote THE One Do Good initiatives and engage customers with our brand story.
  • Proactively approach customers, demonstrating enthusiasm and a positive attitude towards sales.
  • Utilize effective questioning techniques to identify and fulfill customer needs.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product range and guide customers to suitable options.
  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser to maintain attractive and organized product displays.
  • Report damages promptly and assist with product deliveries as needed.
  • Ensure safe handling and storage of products to prevent damage.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store's back-up facility.
  • Uphold high personal grooming standards to reflect our brand image.

EDUCATION & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales , preferably in a retail setting.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work efficiently.
  • Strong teamwork ethic and willingness to support colleagues.
  • Ability to Work Fast and Multitask.
