 Responsible for domain Proactive Maintenance activities

such as IP RAN Network Health Check, Prepare

Contingency Plans for various potential incidents etc

 Responsible for preparing Domain-related SLAs and

RSLAs reports

 Responsible for IP domain-related response maintenance

including issues handling, Network Recoveries and Key

Event Assurance

 Responsible for IPRAN Network Optimization including

Hardware and Software Capacity Upgrade etc.

 Responsible for follow up with IPRAN Product Domain

cases with various vendors to resolution

 Deep understanding of widely-used IP Technologies such

as MPLS LDP/TE, SR MPLS BE & TE, SRv6 BE &TE,

M-LAG, VxLAN, EVPN, MP-BGP, ISIS, OSPF etc.

 Excellent Troubleshooting Skills

 Good basic knowledge of cross-Product domains such as

RAN/TX/PS Core/CS Core is an added advantage

 Excellent knowledge in ZTE and Huawei vendors IP

Products with excellent overall knowledge to capture any

other vendor’s IP Product knowledge quickly.

 Experience

 Worked in IP-related Position for at least 3 years

 Be familiar with O&M management of Telecom

Operators or Managed Services Operations of telecom

vendors.

 Worked with ZTE IP product for at least 2 years

 Familiar with Huawei digital service platform and tools

 Education

 Bachelor’s Degree or above in telecommunication field or

equivalent.

 Other Requirements

able to work well in a fast-paced, multi-culture dynamic

environment.

 Excellent written, oral and listening skills in English

Language and at least one local language

 Be able to accept high pressure
