- Create visually stunning motion graphics for our application, including but not limited to videos, GIF's, and game assist.
- Utilize expertise in character animation to bring characters to life in engaging and dynamic ways.
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and develop innovative design solutions that meet project objectives and enhance storytelling.
- Translate concepts and ideas into visually compelling animations, ensuring consistency in style, tone, and branding.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in motion graphics and animation to continually improve skills and techniques.
- Work closely with our users to understand their needs and deliver designs that exceed expectations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
- Provide guidance and support to junior designers, sharing knowledge and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and idea generation, offering creative insights and solutions.
- Maintain organized files and assets, ensuring efficient workflow and easy accessibility.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia, or related field is a plus. Proven experience as a motion graphic designer with a strong portfolio showcasing character animation skills and diverse design projects. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility and adaptability to evolving project requirements and feedback. Knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro is a plus. Experience with 3D animation and modeling software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Maya) is an advantage but not required.
