Work responsibility:
· Provides technical support to sales representatives in a geographic area to assist sales efforts.
· Assist sales and accounts teams in scoping, validating requirements, and pricing cloud opportunities
· Analyze the customer environment, discover and diagnose a system or business problem.
· Work with the customer and internal teams to create detailed workflow solutions.
· Deliver and present the cloud solution and be able to articulate clear benefits and value to customers at various levels (Management, IT, user groups)
· Create and conduct product & solution presentations to customers.
· Provide solution recommendations to customers via white board presentations, conference calls, live product demonstrations and webinars.
· Responsible for providing thought leadership as it pertains to the technical aspects of proposed software/services solutions for each individual customer.
· Develop relationships with customers and vendors to better understand customer needs and expand the reach of possible solutions.
· Functions as a liaison between the customer and the product development team to help drive product innovation and quality.
· Collaborate and work closely with the other Landmark groups in the cloud Facilitate the resolution/follow up on cloud related items encountered during deployments, POCs, and UAT engagements
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer/Communication Engineering or equivalentITIL ITSM certified or relevant experience7+ Years’ Experience of public cloud technical sales and VMware cloud platform.Experience for hyper-scaler public clouds like AWS, Azure and Google cloud is a plusOverall knowledge of public cloud architecture, and technical requirements,Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, simultaneous, cross-functional work streamsDemonstrated client relationship and interpersonal skillsSelf-starter with an ability to identify areas for improvementExcellent communication skills, both orally and written are a mustClient-focused attitude
