· Supervise & Coordinate all Export Logistics activities, including shipping, documentation, customs clearance, and related processes.

· Ensure compliance with all export regulations, including trade compliance, customs procedures, and international shipping requirements.

· Manage relationships with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, government agencies, and other relevant parties.

· Handle negotiations and management of letters of credit, subsidies, and other financial aspects related to export logistics.

· Collaborate with internal departments, including sales, production, finance, and warehouse, to ensure timely and accurate shipment of products.

· Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies to optimize costs and improve delivery performance.

· Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with product standards and specifications.

· Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) pertaining to export logistics activities.

· Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and propose process improvements accordingly.

· Manage logistics including distribution fleet, planning routes, and analyzing budget.

· Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations.

· Initiate, coordinate, and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.

· Manage stock control and reconcile with the data storage system.

· Ensure that the warehouse operates at peak efficiency and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals.

· Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, and inventory.

· Provide a safe working environment, adhering to Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures and ensuring they are always understood and practiced by the team.

· Manage and organize the time of warehouse workers and provide training.

· Optimize the utilization of available space in warehouses.
