Quality Control engineer is required in glass manufacturing field to Monitoring/Assuring that all products are achieving Customers requirements and control any deviations and also that guarantee product quality at end of the line.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, control and maintain the Quality Control system before and after or during production to achieve the company policy standard.
- Contact supplier’s and customer in case of quality deviation.
- Cooperate with concerned department about quality assurance issue.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of QC procedures.
- Performs root cause analysis on finished product and raw material failures.
- Responsible for the supervision of the quality issues along the production steps.
- Responsible for the supervision of the quality from the raw material until the finished goods.
Bachelor of Engineering degree in quality, mechanical or industrial engineering is required.Very Good command of English Language.Very Good communication skill.Team building and leadership skill.Lean Manufacturing, 5S, KAIZEN knowledge.Internal Auditing experience.Analytical Skills.
