- Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations.
- Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance.
- Maintain all machinery to ensure it’s at working standards.
- Maintain the efficiency of the equipment.
- Maintain proper utility efficiencies and power consumption.
- Implement periodical and prevention maintenance plans according to the annual policy.
- Revising and following up on the maintenance team’s task during and after its implementation.
- Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards.
- Perform maintenance of electrical systems.
- Assist in the setup of ventilation, refrigeration and other systems and conduct repairs when necessary.
- Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
- Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed.
- Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide.
- Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g. landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.).
- Assist in budget preparation and ensure it is followed.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any related major.Minimum 5 years of experience.Strong organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft applications.Excellent organization and follow up skillsAdvanced troubleshooting skills.Good level in both written and spoken English Language
