Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of its clients, a leading company in BOPP Industry in Egypt.JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES & OBJECTIVES:Continuously strive for improving the efficiency of the operations within the plantthrough optimized utilization of technology and resources.Identifies and helps to implement Best Manufacturing Practices for the extrusion Ensures optimum utilization of manpower according to the workload of the plant withrespect to the working hours / shifts lines,slitters and recycling plant to achieve business objectives and plans.Collecting good documentation and prepare reports of trials, tests, deviation fromstandard operating conditions and process changesScaling up the production process, via plant trials, making changes to processparameters to ensure quality is maintained during large-scale productionAssigns duties to operators, maintains discipline and keeps the entire work processunder controlEnsures optimum utilization of manpower according to the workload of the plant with respect to the working hours / shiftsEstablish performance and manufacturing objectives, normally in consultation withOther Functions, Including Quality, Planning And ProductionOwning visualization process for KPI’s, WI and process parametersMAIN WORKING RELATIONSHIP: InternalThe jobholder’s key internal working relationships are with all functional anddepartmental heads especially with, Manufacturing Manager, Quality Manager, PlanningManager and Engineering Manager, as well as with corresponding functions in other Tiunits External :The main external working relationships are with material and equipment suppliers aswell as with other Ti UnitsJob Requirements :The jobholder should be an Engineering or Chemistry graduate. Well versed in written and spoken EnglishThe jobholder should have a minimum of 8 years experience in a similar role in acomplex manufacturing environment, preferably film industryKNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Deep process know-how for BOPP plant Good understanding of mechanical and basic understanding of electrical principles Strong interaction skills, particularly with line operators and supervisors Computer literate with good command in MS-Excel, Word Writing skills in procedure writing and documentation Problem solving skills
