Office Administrator

  1. Oversee and manage all administrative functions of the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
  2. Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring that they are always in good working order and fully stocked.
  3. Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, including negotiating contracts and ensuring that services are delivered on time and within budget.
  4. Develop and maintain filing systems, both paper and electronic, ensuring that all documents are properly stored and easily accessible.
  5. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
  6. Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, including packages and deliveries.
  7. Assist with the preparation and organization of company events, including meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
  8. Provide general administrative support to all departments, including data entry, report preparation, and other tasks as assigned.

A bachelor degree.4-6 years of  experience as an office administrator.Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.Excellent organizational and leadership skills.Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
