As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation. You will work closely with the marketing team to create and execute strategies that align with our business objectives and target audience.

Responsibilities:  

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, website traffic, social media platforms and customer acquisition.
  • Manage all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, display advertising, and content marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including design, content, and product development, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital platforms.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content, such as blog posts, videos, infographics, and social media posts, to attract and retain customers.
  • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, and propose innovative ideas to enhance our online presence and engagement.
  • Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.
  • Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on the performance of digital marketing efforts, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing efforts and provide insights for future campaigns.
  • Identify and evaluate new digital marketing opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's online presence.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., MBA, Google Ads certification) is a plus.Great English communication skills (verbal and written).Proven experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 2-3 years as a Digital Marketing Manager in a similar role.Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, techniques, and tools, including SEO, SEM, social media management, email marketing automation, and web analytics.Proficiency in using marketing platforms and software, such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, HubSpot, Bitrix24, Mailchimp, and Adobe Creative Suite.Strong leadership abilities, including the capacity to inspire and motivate team members, drive results, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and optimize campaign performance.Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
