Job Purpose:

Own presales engineering responsibility to design, present, deliver technical solutions.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Be the point of contact for all technical queries for sales team and partners.
2. Build full-fledged solution proposals with details of implementation and scope of work for customers.
3. Contribute in technical writings through solution demos.
4. Make presentations at events and participate in events.
5. Conduct customer workshops to educate them about features in DevOps Platform solutions.
6. Coordinate technical escalations with principal vendor.
7. Get an understanding of various other components and considerations involved in the SDLC areas.
8. Be able to articulate value of technology vendor’s products e.g.  GitLab, MS Azure, Docker, Hashicorp, Ansible, Jenkins etc.
9. Work with partners and sales team for responding to RFPs and tenders.
10. Analyzing with the sales team the provided customer requests to get an efficient solution and ensure customer satisfactions.
11. Participating in standard business and information technology solution implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
12. Utilizing the testing methodologies (Agile & Waterfall) for analyzing the testing requirements
13. Installing ALM, automation, performance and security testing tools and applying the required licenses.
