Job Description :-

  • Supporting all university staff with any technical issues they are facing.
  • Networks Troubleshooting daily both hardware and software problems for end users in a current working network environment.
  • Helping academic staff with any issues related to network, internet, and software problems.
  • Installing and configuring software, hardware, and networks.
  • Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.
  • Helping academic staff with any issues related to copier machines, operating systems, and software programs.
  • Installation of Windows and software.

Key Responsibilities :-

  • Monitor all infrastructure servers.
  • Technical issues.
  • Network and Internet Performance.
  • Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers, etc.)
  • Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging, etc.)
  • Check Smartboards and projectors problems 
  • Follow up all operating systems and legal software licenses.
  • Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
  • Technical issues: Smartboards, projectors, and Copier machines.
  • Set up new user accounts and workstations.

Requirements :-

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a relevant field is a must.
  • Experience 2- 4 years.  
  • Certified: Cisco ( CCNA ), Microsoft ( MCSE ).
  • Good Knowledge of Firewall & Network Security.
  • Good Knowledge of Cisco and HP switches. 
  • Good Knowledge of Email Server ( Google Apps, Office 365 ).
  • Good Knowledge of Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS Server.  
  • Good Knowledge of Network Devices and hardware maintenance.
  • Good Knowledge of Network tools for monitoring.
