- Deliver products/features using the appropriate project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently.
- Work with the Product Managers to define the roadmap for the product and translate this into user stories.
- Translate business objectives into streams of work, aligning technology and business strategy.
- Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process - prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team members.
- Ensure all products are built to an appropriate level of quality for the stage.
- Actively participate in the Delivery Manager community, sharing and re-applying skills and knowledge and bringing in best practice.
- Build and maintain constructive working relationships and engagement with team Members, stakeholders and Leaders.
