We are looking for a Quality assurance Specialist to join a leading group of companies in the Tourism Industry.

Job Brief:

• Ensure that company quality standards are observed.
• Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with superiors
• Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports
• Make recommendations for improvement
• Create training materials and operating manuals
• Sending daily, weekly, and monthly QA reports to the Head of the QA Management.
• Quality Assurance Specialist/ Manager is implemented in all services provided to our customers, starting from their arrival at the airports, throughout their journey, and until their departure.
• We ensure that the Tour leaders, Tour guides, and Drivers carry out their duties correctly and deliver the highest quality of service, following the established quality standards and agreed-upon conditions.
• We conduct regular visits to Airports, Bazars, Visit stops, and restaurants that cater to our customers, ensuring the quality of service and the satisfaction of customers with the food and service.
• We verify that the restaurants provide the best service to our customers and ensure the cleanliness of the premises and staff.
• We verify that all Tour leaders, Tour guides, and Drivers adhere to the company's official dress code at all times when accompanying our customers.
• We also ensure the cleanliness of tourist vehicles and that all agreed-upon services are available in the vehicle as per the customers' expectations.
