- Able to analyze tech packs, PO's, and all garment order details.
- Costing and Negotiating order prices with buyers.
- Recommend products to customers based on their needs and interests.
- Demonstrate and explain products to customers, and provide samples and catalogs.
- Negotiate contracts, quote prices, arrange deliveries, and monitor the garments manufacturing market, and keep up with the latest products.
- Preparing production files with details documents, approvals, samples, and sample comments and preparing BOM for received styles (Follow up the product production cycle with “Tracker files”).
- Follow-up orders shipments and coordination with shipping and financial department for forwarding the approved shipment.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media from the market.
- Coordination with the buyer if any clarification is required during production.
- Giving clarification to production and quality team if required related to style workmanship/trims etc. Coordination with QA for initial/mid and final inspection of shipment.
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.
