JOB TITLE
Employee Life Cycle Associate Manager | MAF Global Solutions | HC

ROLE SUMMARY
The Employee Services Associate Manager will act as back up for the Employee life Cycle Lead in all tasks and issues related to Human Capital letters and documentations, will be also assisting team members with questions and escalations, drawing the strategic direction of Employee Services function.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Works closely on analyzing the issues affecting the employee services unit.
  • Analyzes the outcome of the Voice Of Customer, recommends corrective actions that aim to improve employees / stakeholders’ experience and ensures these corrective actions are perfectly implemented.
  • Conducts quality checks on the Employee Services team to make sure that they are following the policies and procedures through checking random samples.
  • Assigns daily tasks / tickets to team members.
  • Ensures Employee Services team members are complying with MAF values, ethics, policies and procedures.
  • Maintains updated process maps in addition to updated documentations (letters templates, signatures, Human Capital Business Partners contacts list, etc..)
  • Participates in and/or leads training for new processes, systems, and new comers orientation.
  • Ensures Employee Services team members are complying with Majid Al Futtaim values, ethics, policies and procedures.


REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum of 6 years of Human Resources relevant experience where at least 2 years are spent in a supervisory role.
  • Graduate in a relevant/numerate discipline.
  • Excellent people management
  • Customer focus and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent setting priorities skills
