Job DescriptionAs the Talent Acquisition Specialist you are a brand ambassador who supports the Global Talent Acquisition's vision and leads the recruiting process using technology, analytics, collaboration, white-gloved customer service skills.This is a contract based position.Responsibilities: Support end to end recruitment for campus and experienced hires ensuring the entire process is streamlined and efficient.Ensure the positions are closed within the agreed lead time and build a candidate friendly environment and process.Maintain and expand innovative recruiting channels including both for external and internal resources.Understand the external factors that impact the supply of top talent, company’s competitive position, salary level structure, and candidate requirements for various job categories.Partner with hiring leaders to understand hiring needs, business objectives, and requirements for candidates.As the subject matter expert, work with assigned functional area’s Human Resource professionals and hiring leaders to develop desired recruiting strategies, source and screen qualified internal and external candidates, and professionally onboard new employees.Train hiring leaders about the interviewing and on-boarding processes.With appropriate input from Global TA, support GM Egypt’s Employer Branding strategy and to ensure GM Egypt is a magnet for talent, retains the best and has engaged, motivated employees.Monitor Global Recruitment KPI/OKR’s, address issues and develop action plans when appropriate to keep them on track.Ensure the data in the recruiting system is timely processed and updated in accordance with our legitimate requirement.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or above;Professional language skills both in Arabic and English; Minimum 3 years recruiting experience or related HR function;Proven experience in sourcing and candidate engagement;Good understanding of digital marketing and social media practices is preferred.Both in-house and headhunting experience is preferred.Demonstrate problem-solving skills.Detail oriented.About GMOur vision is a world with Zero Crashes, Zero Emissions and Zero Congestion and we embrace the responsibility to lead the change that will make our world better, safer and more equitable for all.Why Join UsWe aspire to be the most inclusive company in the world.
