Administrative Assistant / Receptionist
-Very Good - Excellent English language
-Assisting with different aspects of administrative matters.
-Manages the company’s lobby area. Greets and directs all visitors,
including
-Fielding telephone calls,
-Receiving and directing visitors,
-Word processing, creating spreadsheets
and presentations, when needed,
-Tracking inventory of office supplies,
-Scheduling and coordinating meetings for the management.
-Preparing correspondence, typically using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
-Managing office files.
-Performing diverse general office support.
-Operate a range of office machines such as photocopiers, Sending faxes.
-Performs administrative and office support activities for the
management.
-Software skills, Internet research abilities and strong communication
skills.
