• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Administer and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable employment laws and regulations.
• Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on a wide range of HR topics, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement employee compensation and benefits programs.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Stay informed about current trends and best practices in HR, making recommendations for innovative approaches to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
